Our Tumbling Program is designed to encourage the safe progression of Tumbling Skills.  The Foothills Tumbling Program will allow you child to progress at a rapid rate on the floor exercise and trampoline.  Whether your son or daughter views tumbling as a fun recreational activity, or as a supplemental tool to aid in dance, cheerleading, martial arts or any other sport, we assure our customers that we can meet their needs.

 Students will focus on their efforts on tumbling drills and skills via our state of the art equipment.  Our equipment include 3 spring floors, tumbling strips, rod floor, 1 in-ground tumble track, 2 above ground tumble tracks, an air track, 2 action mats, an in-ground trampoline, and various training aids including cheese mats and skill cushions.

In order to accommodate every student, we offer three levels of tumbling including beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Beginner level classes will concentrate on learning and strengthening basic tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and bridges. These skills will develop the strength, coordination, as well as basic body positions and awareness necessary to do more advanced skills.

The Intermediate level classes are focused on building upon the fundamentals of the beginner level classes to learn more difficult tricks such as walkovers and front & back handsprings.

Students must master a back handspring  before being promoted to the Advanced Level.  Once in the Advanced Level, the students will learn to connect their tumbling skills as well as continue learning more advanced skills such as Front and Back Tucks, Layouts and Twisting Layouts.

All of our instructors are well trained and educated in various spotting and teaching techniques.  We instruct through a series of progressions which not only allows for the build of solid fundamentals, but also ensures the safety of your child.
