The coaches of Team Foothills believe that Gymnastics is the greatest sport in the world. Being a member of a gymnastics team takes hard work, dedication, and a commitment from both the athlete and their families.  We believe the sacrifice is completely worth the reward. 

    Gymnastics is an individual team sport.  This means that gymnasts learn to strive to attain personal greatness in order to benefit the team as a whole.  They get the support structure of a team at the same time as having an emphasis on their individual achievements.

    We believe in developing the whole athlete through the sport of gymnastics.  We teach our gymnasts the key components of life that will help them become successful at life in additional to gymnastics.  In the spirit if Foothills Gymnastics we believe in buiding Bolder, Brighter, More Confident Kids.
